Spanish Lessons

I am originally from Honduras in Central America - my native language is Spanish.

I taught at a bilingual school for twelve years and understand how valuable it is for children to learn to converse in two languages from an early age.

I offer Spanish lessons to the children in my care as an optional extra. the lessons are short and enjoyable, and are reinforced by the use of Spanish for general conversation.

Spanish language fees & details

Spanish language lessons are for half an hour and are given no more than once per day - it is easy to overdo things and bore a child who would otherwise be keen to learn.

Each half hour lesson is tailored to the needs and abilities of the individual child or children. They may be given in alone or in groups, (this can be more fun for the children). The cost for each Spanish lesson is £3.50, regardless of age.

Lessons use a variety of media: books, games, flashcards, videos, CDs, DVDs, computer games, music and songs, and the children are encouraged to communicate as much as they want to in whatever form they feel comfortable with.
